Consultation Ethics
Bookings are subject to technical verification. Clients must provide accurate physiological data to ensure protocol precision. Nutriportal reserves the right to terminate sessions that breach professional conduct or mutual respect.
Digital Ownership
The "Obsidian Framework" and all generated nutritional architectures are the intellectual property of Nutriportal. Digital handoffs are licensed for personal use only; redistribution or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Jurisdiction of
Precision.
Our practice resides in the Canton of Valais. All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sion, Switzerland.

Clients are required to settle fees for nutritional assessments 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% technical fee to cover administrative metabolic preparation and slot allocation.
Nutriportal accepts payments via secure Swiss banking gateways. We do not store financial credentials on our servers, ensuring your fiscal privacy remains as protected as your health profiles.
Liability Limitation
Nutriportal provides structural frameworks for biological optimization. However, metabolic responses vary across individual biochemical landscapes. To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Nutriportal shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the implementation of provided nutritional strategies.
